More and more people are using Windows Vista. Maybe not
because they
want to, but because that's what came on their new PC.
For Windows XP, many users have fallen in love with the
TweakUI
program, written by Microsoft programmers to help make changes
in
how Windows operates easier to do; thus the name "Tweak" the
"U"ser
"I"nterface.
Well, Vista doesn't have the same utility from Microsoft,
but there
is more need than ever to find easier ways of dealing with
"Tweaks".
