I'm running behind again and I apologize.

We have quite a few new subscribers since last time I want to
welcome all of you.

One of the things keeping me busy is Daylight Savings Time. Despite
recent news stories that indicate DST actually costs us money, we
are stuck with it anyway.

I know Corporate IT departments have spent HUGE amounts of money
on this adjustment made last year.

For some reason, Windows Updates don't always install the DST fix,
something made evident on a few new servers yesterday. If you need

Another seasonal issue sucking my time is Tax Season. Because I
