I hope you all had a great 4th of July!

It's finally warming up a little bit where I am and heating up the
water in the soft-sided pool we have. I try not to be a wimp but
somedays the water is JUST TOO COLD!

Another Way to Get Help
-----------------------

I recently added a help and support forum to my website. A
link is at the top of every page. This is so that all of the help
I have been giving via email and YouTube comments can be shared
by everyone. Additionally, users can help each other.

You might notice also that I changed to the 1024 x 768 resolution to
fit more information on each page without so much scrolling.

Keyboard Shortcuts
-----------------------

Since more and more of us have to deal with Vista in some way or
another, here is a keyboard shortcut that might brighten your day.
I just cannot believe that the "up one folder" button is not there
in Vista's Windows Explorer.

Did you know that you could hold the "ALT" key and press the "UP"
arrow and do the same thing?

How about the times when you lose the mouse in Windows Vista? If
you want to restart your computer with just the keyboard, try
pressing the Windows key, press the right arrow 3 times, and then
press R. (Pressing U instead of R will shutdown completely or L
to just log off).

Playing a DVD on Vista? Try Windows key + ALT + Enter to bring up
the Media Center Applet (of course you have to have a version of
Vista that has the media center applet).

If you really like the idea of keyboard shortcuts, did you know
that our friends at Microsoft created a complete list of keyboard
shortcuts?
