"Listen Up and Listen Safe"
Week after week I'm confronted with PC's that are so
polluted with
malware that it will hardly run.
Time after time it's the same culprit - illegal music.
What really makes me sick is when the REAL culprit is an
unappreciative child who requires his/her parents to keep
forking
over hard earned cash for a new "faster" computer when all
they
really need is a cleaned up computer.
Over the last several years, computers have not really
gotten THAT
much faster. Windows slows down the best hardware anyway.
(My 5 year old laptop runs almost as good as anyone else's
6
month old laptop just because mine is CLEAN)
Here's the thing:
* Peer to Peer music is BAD; avoid at all costs.
* There are places to get SOME f-r*e-e mp3's, but you have
to
spend quite a bit of time to accumulate much music.
I recently spent a lot of time tied to my desk (day and
night) due
to some knee surgery.
My daughter, who has spent a LOT of time investigating
online music
sources, showed me Rhapsody.
It's easy to get hooked on Rhapsody. For a small monthly fee
you have
access to unlimited music; any genre, mainstream or bizarre,
new or
classic.
Create playlists or just listen to the style you like.
It's easy, even fun to use Rhapsody. And it's SAFE. No
malware
downloaded onto your computer, no guys dressed in black with
the
letters S.W.A.T. on their back crashing through your door at
3am.
No bill for $3000 to the (RIAA) Music Industry Association.
(I know
a gal whose husband got one of those - she was NOT happy.)
And like most everything I ever buy, Rhapsody has a 14 day
f*r-e-e
trial that you can check out here:
http://www.FreeComputerConsultant.com/go/rhapsody/
If you are one of those parents forking out hard earned cash
for
a new PC for your child a bit too frequently, maybe a gift
of
Rhapsody for you child could also be a gift to your wallet.
Here is a site dedicated to Rhapsody's Free Trial that has
more
info if you would like to check it out:

Until next time...
