Free Computer Consultant Tip-Of-The-Week for July 31,

"You Know What That Means"
Summer is over. Might as well be, anyway.
On the one hand, the cooler weather means we haven't had to
run
the money gobbling air conditioner that much (although the
utility
bill I just received doesn't seem to reflect that), but it has
not
been that great for swimming.
And now, with August upon us, you know what that means.
All of the kids want a new computer for school. Not that
they NEED
one, they just WANT one.
One college student I know had a VERY nice 1 year old Dell
laptop
but managed to corral her mother into the Apple store and
walked out with a new MacBook (she already had an iPhone).
Youth just don't seem to get the bad economy thing.
Here is some help on my website for those in the market:

And my eBook to get you the best computer for the price:

Get the old one working again
-----------------------------
For those of you who think the old PC is perfectly good
but
would like to see it perform better (perhaps because said
child has it full of "malware" and "gunkware") -
As I mentioned last week, re-imaging is really catching
on.
It isn't free, but it's a lot cheaper than hiring someone
like
me or the geek-squad (boy do I have a story there - another
time).

I know I never get much response on this, but many of you
may
have heard of Gary North. He has a website on economics,
etc.,
but he many times will give "life tips".
This week he mentioned a friend of his with a business
that
just burned to the ground. No off-site backups.
(Yes, this stuff really happens; I haven't been making it
up!)
Guess what Gary was suggesting? Online Backup Services.

I have also written about hiding your IP address online.
This kid has to pay $675,000 in fines (or go bankrupt):

Here is Your BONUS (Reprise)
------------------
For all of you working with me on the 4 Day Money Making
Blueprint
I have the first edition of your BONUS ready for you.
Unfortunately, You have to contact me to get it. Please do
so
using the contact form on my website. Apparently it is in
the
"gray area" of CAN SPAM to just send it to you.
For those of you sitting on the fence about generating a
consistent, sustainable income online let me just say that
we
are seeing results already and
summer is a slow buying season for almost everything, unless
you
are selling to the vacation crowd.
That means that not only will sales pick up in the fall, but
if
you get your learning and practice out of the way during the
slow
season, you are ready to rock in high gear when customers
are in a buying mood come September.
Take a look at the 4 Day Money Making Blueprint here:

Until next time...
