Favorite Movies with a Computer Theme

Some of the movies here in the theatre are unrealistic and just for fun. Others are close enough to the truth to be kind of scary. But every one of them I have enjoyed over and over. I hope you do too.

Enemy of the State: Stars Gene Hackman, Will Smith
This is a great movie that shows a lot of real life technology and the only movie I know of that shows a Faraday cage. Excellent movie.

The Net: Stars Sandra Bullock

Sneakers: Stars Robert Redford, Sidney Poitier, Dan Aykroyd, River Phoenix, Ben Kingsley

War Games: Stars Matthew Broderick, Dabney Coleman, Ally Sheedy

Comedy:
Computer Wore Tennis Shoes: Stars Kurt Russell, Cesar Romero, Joe Flynn, William Schallert
This is an old Disney movie that's been a favorite of mine for a long time. Believable? No way! But as a person who in school was called "the computer" - and this was long before the PC came about - I can attest that a lot of math challenged kids in my class sure wished it was possible!
