Dell Computer - Why I Buy From Dell

I wrote this Dell Computer Review because I buy a lot of computer hardware from Dell Computer. So I will start out by telling you why I buy computer hardware from Dell:

• They have some great hardware that I can pretty much configure my way
• The service they provide is 2nd to none; and I can get 4 hour onsite service
• The prices are unbeatable .. Read important caveat below!

But knowledge is crucial!

Yes, I buy a lot of computer hardware from Dell, but I don't just go online with my credit card. If you do, I can guarantee you will pay too much! And quite possibly not buy the right equipment besides.

With Dell, I can buy the computer hardware I want - for the most part. But I sometimes need to contact a server technicial support person to get that done. With home or office workstation systems, usually it's not such a big deal.

The service is now great with Dell. They went through a period of time where all calls went to India and that was a disaster. Fortunately, they listened to their customers and now the support is great again.

But Price is something you have to watch.
